This level of service is most similar to a day-of coordination package, however, our involvement should begin eight weeks before the big day, though we typically book this with our clients well in advance. We’ll contact your vendors, arrange the schedule for the day of your wedding, and keep your big day on track. The investment for this package is $2,250. ($400 off for Weddings happening Nov. - Feb.)  

• Meeting and Planning Time
  This includes multiple meetings with you and/or your partner. We will also tag along on your final venue meeting. This includes all hours of work put into your unique day-of schedule and contacting your vendors. This also includes running the ceremony portion of the rehearsal. This equates to multiple meetings and unlimited email and phone contact to make sure your dream day is coming to life.

• Vendor Recommendations
  We do not require that you use our recommendations, but we do know some absolutely fantastic people in all aspects of the industry and we are more than happy to send you a list of our favorites!

• Complete Vendor Arrangement & Contract Review

  At the 8 week, we will begin contacting your vendors to finalize your day-of schedule. Please send us your vendor contracts along the way as you are booking! This helps us to know exactly what to expect and allows us to spot potential issues along the way.

• Schedule and Timeline Creation 

  Once all information and vendor details are gathered, we will then work closely with you and your family, as well as your vendors, to make a seamless flow for the day-of itinerary.

• Running the Ceremony Rehearsal 

  We will be there at your rehearsal to assist or run the rehearsal and pass out personalized mini-schedules! These are individualized for every person in the bridal party as well as your immediate family members.

• Up to 14 hours on the Day of Your Wedding

  We will arrive as early as necessary to make sure we get the space set up as you need it. We will run the ceremony, the reception and we will help you and your family pack up at the end of the evening.
