Wedding and event planning can be overwhelming. From flowers, to music selection, to maximizing your time with the photographer, a bride has way too many choices to make throughout the process. Most burn out before the wedding, and the last thing you want is to be completely exhausted on the happiest day of your life. That’s where we come in! Working with Arbor and Bloom Events can give you the peace of mind you need. Under our guidance, all administrative, venue, and vendor needs will be taken care of. Our primary goal is that you’ll have nothing to worry about on your special day.
Arbor and Bloom Events is locally owned and operated right here in Indianapolis by Megan Adams. Megan brings her unique background to event management, first she earned her degree in Stage Management from the University of Evansville and has spent a decade in the theatrical and event industry. She’s worked as a production manager and assistant for a corporate event company based in Indianapolis, giving her an intimate knowledge of local venues and vendors, as well as the ability to tackle any unexpected technical needs that may arise. Megan is constantly developing a network of relationships with these vendors, as well as other resources, to get you the best options - at any price point. She is truly passionate about making your day the best possible experience it can be.
Relax! We’ll take care of everything. Throughout the planning process, we want to develop a trusting relationship with you. With that trust in hand, we can take care of planning the entire event, while still involving you as much or as little as you would like. This package includes everything in the event coordinator package, as well as several meetings, phone calls, and we are never more than a text away. We will begin by creating a budget, picking themes, and finding vendors that can execute your vision. Together we will craft a wedding with moments and memories you will cherish forever. Pricing begins at $4,400.
Just need a little help throughout the process? No problem! Set up an appointment and we can collaborate on an individualized partial planning package together. It’ll include everything in the Day-of/Month-of package, plus anything else you may need. Pick from the services below to build your package. Pricing is flexible based on budget and needs. This begins at $1,900 and can be built from there with any add ons.

For this level of service, our involvement should begin at least one month before the big day. We’ll contact your vendors, arrange the schedule for the day of your wedding, and keep your big day on track. Pricing begins at $1,600. ($400 off for Weddings happening Nov. - Feb.)

Are all of the previous packages out of your budget? No problem — we have an option for you! If you are still looking for help and support throughout the planning process we can set up one or more consulting sessions. These are individualized, so before each meeting you will send me your concerns or what you may need help with. I’ll spend time before researching and preparing in order to answer all of your questions. Then we’ll schedule our consulting session, and we’ll sit down and work through it all. These are $120 per session.
