Our coordination package is designed for couples who have managed most of the planning themselves but want an experienced team to take over the logistics as the wedding approaches.
We typically begin working with you approximately 60 days before your wedding. During this time, we'll connect with your vendors, develop your wedding-day timeline, review the details, coordinate the rehearsal, and prepare the logistics needed to keep everything running smoothly.
On the wedding day, we're there to manage the moving parts from setup and ceremony through the reception and clean up at the end of the evening.
Our goal is simple: You should be enjoying your wedding, not managing it.
